AVITHA Awarded Leading Edge Infrastructure Management Project

AVITHA System Integrators (pvt) Limited today announced that they have secured an order to provide leading edge infrastructure Management Solution to a premier Service Provider in Sri Lanka. The solution will enable the Service Provider to monitor the total Network and Server Infrastructure on a 24 X 7 basis with operator consoles clearly depicting the status on the Infrastructure. The SNMP based solution provides email and SMS based alerts to respective personal in the organization and help the Information Technology and Engineering divisions monitor the network proactively and maximize the uptime. The provider which depends on the Network infrastructure provide cutting 2.5G services  currently requires maximum uptime in order to meet its business objectives and global benchmarks.

Proven expertise, service levels and association with leading networking solution providers convinced the Service Provider to award the contract to AVITHA. AVITHA has also been awarded the Service Level Agreement to support the installation for the next 3 years with software updates and on-site support.
